1. General

 

1.1 As a customer, you have the right to cancel if you contact us by email within 24 hours of placing the order. Each chest of drawers is unique, so we are not responsible for what you as a customer order from us and do not compensate. You are responsible for checking that your order is correct. After 24 hours it is your responsibility and no right of withdrawal applies.

1.2 VANIQ and the customer enter into an agreement through the order confirmation sent to the specified email address. We only accept orders over the age of 18 and we have the right to refuse an order.

1.3 We have a 10-year warranty on our chests of drawers, with associated order confirmation. 

 

2. Products

2.1 We offer a high standard of our products, but everything is handmade, which means that no chest of drawers is the same. All pictures taken are inspiration pictures and may differ from your particular chest of drawers. Then we use live material such as e.g. cups that change appearance over time, which means we do not accept complaints.

3.1 Shipping cost SEK 1500 Standard.

4.1 Upon delivery, you need to be at home and receive it.

5. Complaints & Right of Withdrawal

5.1 If you want to advertise a product, please contact us by email: info@vaniq.se

5.2 When accepting a advertised product, you as the customer are responsible for the shipping.

​

5.3 In case of delay, VANIQ is not liable for compensation

5.4 It is important that you take pictures and email us in the event of a complaint and an explanation why you want to complain about the product.
